Found duplicate value when reading item ‘dateformat’ in section [datetime] in common.loc file under $SYBASE/locales. The valid format string should be a 3 character string with only one ‘m’, ‘d’ and ‘y’. For example, “mdy” or “dmy”. If more than one ‘m’, ‘d’ or ‘y’ is found in the format string, this error will be reported.
Above error message is displayed and the user API returns fatal error.
