Starting the default UDDI registry

An ASA database is installed as the default UDDI server database.

Starting the ASA database in UNIX

Edit the $JAGUAR/bin/uddidb.sh file. Modify the ASA_HOME variable to point to the location of your ASA installation.
From the command line in the $JAGUAR/bin subdirectory, enter:
```
./uddidb.sh
```

Starting the ASA database in Windows

Edit the %JAGUAR%\bin\uddidb.bat file. Modify the ASA_HOME variable to point to the location of your ASA installation.
From the command line in the %JAGUAR%\bin subdirectory, enter:
```
uddidb.bat
```
