set_props

Description

Sets the value of the property for a Web service collection either using a name value pair or by specifying a file that contains the property name-value pair.

Syntax

Command line:

set_props 
[entity name value | file ]

Ant build file:

entity=”entity” name=”nameOfProperty” value=”propertyValue”>

Where:

Option	Description
entity	The entity that is being modified: collection:CollectionName – identifies the Web service collection for which the properties are set.
name	The name of the property being modified.
value	The new value of the property.
file	The name of the file that contains the name value pairs of properties being modified.

This command sets the description of MyWebServiceCollection:

wstool set_props collection:MyWebServiceCollection com.sybase.jaguar.webApplication.description “My test description”
