Pickup

Agents use the Pickup option on behalf of unregistered customers who are receiving money from a resistered consumer. A customer receives a pickup code via short message service (SMS). The customer can then visit an agent location, and pick up the money by providing the pickup code and mobile phone number. When the customer picks up the money, they can register as a consumer.

Note: If the money is not picked up by the expiration date, it is returned to the sender.
