Poor SAP Control Center Performance after Upgrade

Problem: After upgrading to the latest version of SAP Mobile Platform, SAP Control Center performance is poor.

Explanation: This may indicate that Flash Player cache from the previous version of SAP Control Center is filled and slowing down performance.

  1. Navigate to C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\Macromedia\Flash Player\#SharedObjects .
Note: If you cannot access this folder, copy C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\Macromedia\Flash Player\#SharedObjects to the address field and press Enter.
  2. Delete all files under this folder.
Note: Alternatively, go to the following link from a browser: http://www.macromedia.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/settings_manager07.html. Use the Website Storage settings panel to change storage capacity, or delete Websites to clean up the cache.

You can access the tool from Adobe Flash Player online help (scroll to the "Website Storage Settings panel" link): http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/disable-local-shared-objects-flash.html.
