Previous Administrator Credentials Used

Problem: You cannot use new credentials to authenticate against a resource in SAP Control Center. When an administrator enters credentials with the Remember these credentials for future sessions option, SAP Control Center uses those credentials until they are cleared.

Solution: Clear credentials so that SAP Control Center does not use them for future sessions:

  1. Open the Perspective Resources window.
  2. Select the resource you want to log in to.
  3. From the menu bar, select Resource > Clear Authentication Parameters and click OK.

You can now authenticate against the resource using new administrator credentials.
