Building a Simple Project

Build a simple project in the Visual editor.

• Sample Project Diagram
  The PortfolioValuation diagram uses simple queries to aggregate and join data from two input windows.
• Creating the Sample Project

• Adding an Input Adapter
  Attach an adapter by inserting it in the diagram, connecting it to a stream or window, and setting properties.

  Review the types of queries available in the Visual editor. To get started, try adding one of the simple queries to your project.
• Completing the Sample Project
  Clean up the diagram by removing unused elements.
