Deprecated Features in 5.1 SP04

Information on features removed from SAP Sybase Event Stream Processor 5.1 SP04.

Platform Input and Platform Output Adapters Removed

Two adapters have been removed from Event Stream Processor:

Platform Input (platform_in) and its library (esp_adapter_platform_in)
Platform Output (platform_out) and its library (esp_adapter_platform_out)

These adapters were formerly used to create bindings to enable data to flow between projects. In Event Stream Processor 5.1 SP04, use Studio to create input and output bindings or create them directly in the CCR file. See the Studio Users Guide and the Programmers Guide for details.
