Creating or Editing Windows Mobile Device Platform Properties

Create a new device platform properties configuration or edit existing user-defined platform properties for Windows Mobile devices.

You cannot edit device platform properties that are pre-defined by the system.

  1. In Device Application Designer Devices preferences, select Windows Mobile > Platform.
  2. Click Create or select a device platform from the list and click Edit and enter or select the properties for:
    • Platform family name
    • Platform native name
    • Platform ID
    • Platform OS version
  3. Click OK.
