Log an incoming or outgoing e-mail as a Mobile Sales activity.
You can also log the e-mail as an activity from the email Inbox or Outbox. Open the e-mail, then select . The contents of the e-mail are added to the notes for the new activity.

On the home screen, select Activities.

Select Create Activity.

In the
Create Activity screen, select Incoming E-Mail or Outgoing E-Mail, then Next

Add a Description for the new activity, then select Done
.

(Optional) Change when the activity starts or ends.

Indicate the account or contacts associated with this activity.

Select
Save.
By default, the activity status is Complete.

Open, once it is saved on the SAP system.
