System requirements for Replication Server on Linux platforms

Sample Replication Server for Linux requires a computer with the system configuration described in Table 1-3.

RAM	A minimum of 512MB RAM.
Disk storage	A minimum of 450MB of available hard disk space: 400MB for the Replication Server and RepAgent software, supporting files, and log files. An additional 20MB for each Replication Server disk partition. The disk partition may be on a different disk than your Sybase software. More disk space may be required, depending on your replication system application.
Operating system	Intel Linux—Red Hat Enterprise Linux 3.0, SuSE 9.0/United Linux 1.0.
