Setting Help Display Preferences

You can define how you want to display help topics.

Select Window > Preferences from the main menu bar.
The Preferences dialog box opens.
Select Help in the left pane.
The Help options appear in the right pane.

Specify how help topics are displayed. Choose from the following selections and click OK.

Property	Description
Use an external browser	Check the Use external browser box if you want to display the help topics using another browser. The WorkSpace default is an embedded browser. Note: If the selected browser is not fully compatible with Internet Explorer or Mozilla, or if JavaScript is disabled, the help shown in the browser may not appear as intended
Open window context help	Choose from the following: Open the topics in the dynamic Help view. Open the topics in a pop-up window.
Open dialog context help	Choose from the following: Open the topics in the dynamic Help view. Open the topics in a pop-up window.
Help view document open mode	Open selected topics in place (Help view) or in the editor.
