Executing View DDL

Execute the DDL for a view to view data from the table or tables for which the view has been defined.

Prerequisites 

Before you can execute view DDL, be sure the data server that contains the view is running, and you created and established a connection to the data server.

  1. Expand the Views folder.
  2. Right-click the view, and choose View Data.

    The Table Data Filter wizard may appear. To disable this wizard during view execution, click Do not show this dialog again before clicking OK.

The result of the executing the view DDL is displayed in the Database Development perspective.
