Service Interface Page

Services, such as the message service and database service, allow you to edit the interface and its components. Other services, such as EJB, allow you to review, but not edit the interface.

Depending on the service, you can typically perform the following tasks from the Interface page:

• Add an endpoint.
• Edit service interface properties.
• Edit service operation parameter properties.

Add or remove service components in the Service Interface section and edit or configure those components in the Properties section.

When you highlight the Service or Interface graphic, the corresponding properties display and can be edited in the Properties section. When you highlight the Operation graphic, both the properties and operation parameters display and can be edited in the Properties section. When you add a new operation parameter, you can change the default information for that parameter in the Properties section.
