Setting an Exposed Interface

For each service you want to make public, you must set the exposed interface.

This procedure is one of the steps required to develop a services package profile.

  1. Open the Access Configuration page of the Services Package Profile editor.
  2. Select the transport node in the Access Configuration Settings section.
  3. Click the transport node for a public service to view the service interfaces in the Exposed Interfaces section.

    You must designate which interfaces are to be exposed through the transport.

    Note: If the exposed services section does not display interfaces, verify that endpoints are configured for the interface.
  4. Select the checkbox for each interface to be exposed through the transport.
