Creating a Visual Studio Mobile Application Project From a Template

Create a project using a template without the support of a running Visual Studio instance.

Prerequisites Project templates must exist, you must know the target location, and parameters must exist.
  1. Right-click the mobile application project that you want to use.
  2. Select .net as the target platform.
  3. Click Finish.
