Editing Font Mappings

Use the Edit Font Mapping dialog to edit the name and size of fonts.

  1. Right-click on any page of the Device Application Designer (except the Introduction page), and select Preferences.
  2. Select Sybase, Inc > Mobile Development > Device Application Designer > Font Mappings .
  3. In the Font Mappings dialog, select a font and click Edit.
  4. In the Edit Font Mapping dialog, enter your changes:
    Option Description
    Font Name You cannot change the font name of he name of predefined system fonts.
    Mapping Font Select the font for the current system.
    Sample Text Select to display a preview of the font.
    Use Default Sample Text Select to use the default sample text.
    Font Sizes Shows the supported font sizes.
  5. Click OK.
