[CR #596504] Using the supplied policy to upgrade to Adaptive Server ADO.NET Data Provider 2.155 is not sufficient if your applications have been built using a reference to Sybase.AdoNet2.AseClient.dll.
Workaround: Recompile applications that have been built using a reference to Sybase.AdoNet2.AseClient.dll. A recompile is not needed if the application uses the ADO.NET 2.0 Provider Factory.
