IMSL library restrictions

The IMSL C Stat and C Math libraries, used for financial time series and forecasting calculations by RAP – The Trading Edition® Enterprise, are not available for these platforms in Sybase IQ 15.1 GA:

The IMSL C Stat and C Math libraries are supported on the above platforms in Sybase IQ 15.1 ESD #1 and later versions.
