If you have an SAP® support contract, use the Sybase xSearch to search for knowledge-based articles and solved cases. Go to the SAP Sybase Support Portal at http://service.sap.com/sybase/support, log in, and select KBAs & Solved cases to start the xSearch.

Key to issue types:

RTC – SAP® Release to Customer tracking number.
CSN – SAP Customer Services Network tracking number.
CR – Sybase® Change Request number.
AG – Agentry® tracking number.
N/A – No tracking number.

CR#	Description
759078	For applications using SAP jConnect version 6.5 and later, the autogenerated keys may return incorrect values, if you set DYNAMIC_PREPARE connection property to true. Workaround: SAP recommends that you set DYNAMIC_PREPARE to false to get correct values from the current SQL statement; then, for better performance, reset DYNAMIC_PREPARE back to true.
