Chinese and Japanese characters in log files [CR #629282]
Chinese and Japanese characters are not displayed correctly,
when you use Sybase Central to view log files on a Windows system
with Chinese Multilingual User Interface (MUI) or Japanese MUI.
Workaround: Use Notepad to open and view
the log files.
