Silent uninstall script not part of GUI installation [CR #637306]

Sybase IQ 15.2 includes a script (SilentInstall.bat) that supports unattended installations. Installing Sybase IQ silently also creates a script (SilentUninstall.bat) in the %SYBASE%\uninstall\IQ directory that you can use to uninstall the product silently. This script is not created as part of a GUI installation.
