Chapter 5: Installing Sybase IQ Client Components

Uninstalling Sybase IQ client

Use these instruction to uninstall Sybase IQ client components.

StepsUninstalling Linux or UNIX client components

  1. From a command prompt, change to $SYBASE/uninstall/IQ, and type IQuninstall. Follow the instructions on the screen.

StepsUninstalling Windows client components

  1. Click Start, point to Settings, choose Control Panel | Add or Remove Programs.

  2. Choose Sybase IQ-15_1 from the program list.

  3. Click Change/Remove.

  4. Follow the instructions on the screen.
