An administrator can define UI preferences profiles to control the default configuration of menus, toolbars, and toolboxes for users or group of users.
- Connect to the repository and then select .
- Click the Create an Object tool, enter a name for the profile, select a template to start from, and click OK to create and open it in the Customize User Interface dialog.
- Select and modify the menus, toolbars, and toolboxes for the appropriate views using the various panels in the dialog (see Customizing Menus, Toolbars, and Toolboxes).
- Click OK to save the profile in the repository.
