Report Templates

A report template specifies content and formatting for a report section. PowerDesigner provides a set of standard report templates, and you can create your own. If your report has more than one section, you can apply the same or different report templates to each section.

• Creating a Template from the List of Report Templates
  You can create a report template from scratch, or based on an existing template, from the List of Report Templates.
• Creating a Template from a Report Section
  Once you have created a report section, you can save it as a template for use with other reports.
• Modifying and Saving a Template
  You can modify existing templates from the List of Report Templates.
