Systems Management includes two adapters, HTTPAdaptor and SNMPAdaptor. You can use an HTTP client utility to connect to the HTTPAdaptor to process HTTP requests. The SNMPAdaptor allows you to use an SNMP management console to view SNMP information that is exposed via the deployed MIBs; NETWORK-SERVICES and J2EE. The SNMPAdaptor is an SNMP subagent—see “Connecting to the JMX agent” for details about how to write clients that connect to the agent. An RMI connector supports RMI access to the server.
