Permission to create a subscription is required.
Symptom
This message is reported in the Replication Server error log:
Error #37022: “PRIMARY SUBCRIBE permission is required
to execute the subscription command.”
Explanation
You do not have permission to create a
subscription. You must have primary subscribe, create
object, or sa permission at the primary Replication
Server.
Solution
Use the grant command to change the permissions.
