blk_srvinit() has failed to send the table column information. Unless the insert statement from the client application contains the with nodescribe clause, Open Server must use blk_srvinit() to describe the current server table column descriptions in the CS_BLKDESC structure to the client application.
Look for additional errors, such as network disconnects, that describe the underlying cause of the blk_srvinit() failure.
