Open Server has failed to send the DYNAMIC token to the client application possibly due to a network or character set conversion error
Look for additional errors in the client error log that might indicate which type of failure occurred. If you can regenerate the error, running Ribo between the client application and Open Server might help you determine how to fix the error (changing character sets, for example).
