The specified thread prompted Open Server to allocate more network buffers than it has been configured for. Open Server bases the maximum number of network buffers to allocate on configuration parameters including SRV_S_NUMCONNECTIONS, SRV_S_NUMREMBUF, and SRV_S_NUMREMSITES.
Check the SRV_T_TYPE property to determine what type of thread caused the problem. Increase the appropriate property.
