Shutting Down ECDA Option for Oracle

Use sp_shutdown to shut down the ECDA Option for Oracle from Adaptive Server.

Enter:

server_name...sp_shutdown

where server_name is the name of the ECDA Option for Oracle you are shutting down.

For example, to shut down a ECDA Option for Oracle named DCSERVER, enter:

DCSERVER...sp_shutdown

or, if you are connected directly to ECDA Option for Oracle, use:

exec sp_shutdown
