OpenLDAP is the open-source version of LDAP.
From Open Client and Open Server version 15.0 ESD#2 onwards, OpenLDAP libraries are used on the following platforms:

IBM RS/6000 (AIX version 5.2 or later) 32-bit and 64-bit
