Configuring jConnect to Use a Specific JCE Provider

Configure jConnect to use a specific JCE Provider.

Set the JCE_PROVIDER_CLASS connection property to the string class name for the provider.
Note: Ensure that the JCE Provider jar files are in the CLASSPATH.
