PHP Driver Compiled with VC9/VS2008 on Microsoft Windows x64

Starting with version 16.0, the SAP ASE driver for PHP is compiled with Microsoft Visual C++ 9/Visual Studio 2008 on the Microsoft Windows x64 platform.

As a result, the PHP driver can be loaded only by a 64 bit PHP version 5.3.6 runtime that is compiled with VC9/VS2008.

Note: The Microsoft Visual C++ 9 compiler ships with Visual Studio 2008.
