A user with js_admin_role has all the permissions of the js_user_role. It also allows a user to see and manipulate the jobs, schedules, and scheduled jobs of other users. Additionally, the js_admin_role allows a user to modify the following:
the owner of a job, schedule, or scheduled job
the amount of device space Job Scheduler consumes
the frequency Job Scheduler checks for jobs
the maximum log size a job can write
