Apache Maven is a software project management tool that is based on a project object
model (POM). You can use Maven to manage a project's build, reporting, and documentation from
a central piece of information.
Install and configure Apache Maven, and deploy the State SDK bundles,
so you can build custom-state bundles and deploy them to the server.
Installing Apache Maven
You can download Apache Maven from the Apache Maven Project Web site. Apache Maven version 3.0.4 has been tested and certified with SMS Builder.
Configuring Apache Maven
You can customize where Maven looks for dependencies by editing the Maven configuration file.
Deploying State SDK Bundles to a Maven Repository
You can deploy State SDK bundles to the local Maven repository (also known as the .m2). Deploy bundles to local repositories on each development machine.
