Using the MAF Calendar UI Controls

There are six different views defined for the MAF Calendar component to present, select, and handle appointments.

The views differ in the time detail level (for example, appointments shown by month, day, hour), and in the way of interacting with the views (for example, list view, grid view).

• List View
  The MAFCalendarListView shows appointments day by day in a segmented list.
• Month View
  The MAFCalendarMonthView displays appointments in a grid view, where each cell represents a day with its appointments, if any.
• Combo View
  The MAFCalendarComboView control combines a month view and a list view.
• Day View
  The MAFAppointmentView displays appointments scheduled in a day in a panel style. Each appointment appears as a colored panel (MAFAppointmentView), which shows the appointment title and the location.
• Week View
  MAFCalendarWeekView is skinnable UI component with backward and forward navigation buttons for previous and next weeks, respectively.
• Month Tablet View
  The MAFCalendarMonthTabletView class displays appointments in a month view (in a grid-like arrangement of the days). Users can navigate across the months using a navigation bar at the top of the screen.
