Common actions for adjusting balances on limits during transactions. This action does not do any limit validation, but simply adjusts the balances based on follow-up sub transactions (if amounts differ from original authorization amount and in case of cancellations).
The reference implementation defines transaction demarcation on the action level and does not rely the client code starting a transaction themselves.
