The IPaymentInstrumentTypeHandler extends the core IPaymentHandler interface by defining the responsibility of the handler. Concrete implementations MUST specify for which payment-instrument type(s) they are responsible. Register your implementation in the OSGi registry to make it available to the IPaymentBroker.
