SAP Technical Support Checklist

Before reporting errors, collect information about SAP Mobile Platform components.

SAP Mobile Server, clients, applications, devices, users	SAP Mobile Server version and build; the version information is available in the server log as well displayed in System Administration. Full description of incorrect behavior, including all components involved Server and client errors (stream error) and error messages (SAP Mobile Server log files) Note: See SAP Mobile Server Runtime Logging in System Administration. Client device platform, version, and build (if appropriate) Application information (if appropriate) User name and identifier information Cache database error log file, which by default is errorlog.txt in `SMP_HOME` \Servers\UnwiredServer . For administration console issues, include agent.log, and gateway.log files. The Web browser type and Adobe® Flash® Player version information should also be included.
Relay server, domains, clusters [separate installation]	Relay server version and build Full description of incorrect behavior, including all components involved Relay server-related errors and error messages Note: See Configuring and Enabling Relay Server Logging in System Administration. Type of Web server (IIS or Apache), version, and operating system Number of relay servers Indicate whether the relay servers are in a farm, and provide configuration information If a load balancer is used: Indicate whether a hardware load balancer or software load balancer is used Number of Relay Server Outbound Enablers (RSOEs) configured for each SAP Mobile Server. Indicate whether the RSOEs are configured with HTTP or HTTPS to relay server. RSOE log error and error messages Note: See Configuring RSOE Logging in System Administration.
