Relay Server

Provides troubleshooting information for Relay Server or SAP Hosted Relay Server.

• Relay Server Does Not Support IIS Application Pooling
  Problem: In an environment with Relay Server and SAP Mobile Platform, Relay Server runs for a while and then crashes and requires a restart.
• Failed to Attach to Relay Server Shared Memory
  Problem: Failed to attach to the relay server with the message "<rshost> failed to attach to Relay Server 'ias_relay_server_host' shared memory."
• HTTP_BAD_STATUS_CODE Error
  Problem: The HTTP_BAD_STATUS_CODE error appears on the console or in the log files.
• SOCKET_HOST_NAME_NOT_FOUND Error
  Problem: The SOCKET_HOST_NAME_NOT_FOUND 10050 error appears on the console or in the log files.
• Connection Dropped Due to Lack of Network Activity
  Problem: The error message Connection was dropped due to lack of network activity appears on the console or in the log files.
• SAP Hosted Relay Server
  Provides troubleshooting information for SAP Hosted Relay Server.
• Poor Relay Server Response Time
  Problem: Relay Server response time is very slow.
• Requests Fail with Error 400 bad request with session error reported by RSOE
  Problem: Previously, user requests were handled successfully through relay server, but after restarting relay server, requests fail with errors.
