Messaging Server Not Receiving Communications

Problem: The messaging server fails to receive communications and restarting the server and host OS do not correct the problem.

The application log displays an entry similar to:

Error	16.05.2013 13:11:19	Sybase Messaging Server	0	None	"Sybase Messaging Server failed to start http service, probably due to conflict on port 5011.

Explanation: When there are many exceptions in the MOLogMobileObjects log, the exceptions could be caused by a failure to load the file adodb.dll.

Solution: Check whether the C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft.NET\Primary Interop Assemblies\adodb.dll file exists in your environment, and is the correct version.
