Once
LDAP has been added as a provider to the "admin" security configuration for
SAP Mobile Server, you can test the login before removing the
PreconfiguredUser login module from both components'
configurations.
- Log in to SAP Control Center using the
login values of an LDAP user that is in an LDAP group mapped to the "SUP
Administrator" logical role.
- If the login succeeds:
- Remove PreconfiguredUser login module from SAP Mobile Server and SAP Control Center setup locations.
- Reduce the logging levels for both SAP Mobile Server and SAP Control Center to Info or Warn.
- Restart SAP Mobile Server.
- If the login fails:
- Check the
SAP Control Center
log in SCC_HOME\log\agent.log to see if
authentication failed with this component.
- If no issues are identified, continue checking with the
SAP Mobile Server
log in
SMP_HOME\Servers\UnwiredServer\logs\<ClusterName>-server.log.
- If no issues are immediately apparent, review security issues documented in
Troubleshooting for possible resolution guidelines.
