Test a Hybrid App on a device or
simulator.
- Launch and/or connect to the mobile device or emulator.
- Deploy the Hybrid App package to the device.
- Establish the connection to the server on the device.
- For user-initiated Hybrid App packages, go to the
Hybrid Apps menu and click on the appropriate
Hybrid App.
- For e-mail subscription Hybrid App packages, send the e-mail
to the device, either automatically, for example, database trigger, or manually,
through the Send E-mail dialog; then open that e-mail on the device.
- Enter data and execute menu items appropriately.
- Verify that the backend is updated correctly.
- Check the logs.
