Reverse proxies that are used with SAP Mobile Platform must comply with specific requirements for content
encoding, HTTP headers, timeouts, and the URL that is passed to SAP Mobile Platform.
A reverse proxy that is used with SAP Mobile Platform must be a straight passthrough proxy
server. Ensure that any reverse proxy used:
- Does not change the content encoding of the requests or responses. Chunked
transfer encoding is the required data transfer mechanism. Content-length
                    encoding is not supported.

- Does not remove any HTTP headers.

- Sets a timeout period, if used, that is greater than the timeout used by the
                    clients.

- Passes the resulting URL to SAP Mobile Platform Runtime in the form
                            http://Host_Name:Port_No.
