Server Requirements

Each Mobiliser Platform or Sybase® Brand Mobiliser host must meet the requirements for operating system and available disk space.

The standard Mobiliser Platform tiered architecture contains:
  • Web layer - customer self-service portal
  • Messaging layer - service access (SMS, USSD, and more)
  • Application layer - Web service, back office
  • Database layer
The standard Brand Mobiliser tiered architecture contains:
  • Application layer
  • Database layer

Database Tier Requirements

  • 2 CPU cores
  • 8 GB memory
  • 50 GB storage
On average, the follow records require the specified amount of disk space; however, sizes reflect data file usage only and do not include other RDBMS control/system files, for example, redo, undo, temp, archive, and so on.
  • Standard customer account record (4.0 KB)
  • Standard authorisation record (5.6 KB)

Application, Messaging, and Web Tier Requirements

  • 2 CPU cores
  • 2 GB memory
  • 10 GB storage
Tip: Additional disk space, especially for the application and messaging layers, allows for more flexibility for troubleshooting purposes.
