CREATE DATATYPE System Privilege

Required to create data types.

Grant this system privilege using the WITH ADMIN OPTION, WITH NO ADMIN OPTION, or WITH ADMIN ONLY OPTION clause. If you do not specify a clause, the default is WITH NO ADMIN OPTION.
