The minimum required glibc version for all supported operating systems is 2.5.
If you will be using the HANA Output Adapter, the minimum recommended version for Solaris is version 10, update 8 (patch level 141444-09 for SPARC, 141445-09 for x86). If you are running an earlier version of Solaris, modify SYBASE.sh or SYBASE.csh and add $ESP_HOME/lib to the LD_LIBRARY_PATH_64 environment variable.
