The underlying platform for BlackBerry devices does not enable the application to
        govern the server verification process.
If the server certificate is trusted, the connection is successful. If the server
certificate is not trusted, the OS pops a message that requires the user to manually
accept the certificate. If the certificate is accepted, the connection is established
else the certificate is rejected and the connection fails.
Note: HTTPS on BlackBerry
works considerably slower than HTTP. The use of HTTPS acts as a overhead since
secure communication is ensured through BES by default.
