Configuring Sybase Control Center

Configure the Sybase Control Center (SCC) remote administration hosts, and confirm that SCC can connect to and manage all Unwired Servers in the system.

Configure SCC remote administration hosts after all Unwired Platform server installation tasks are complete.

  1. Prepare the single-user host systems that can be used to administer the Unwired Platform system.

  2. Log in to Sybase Control Center (SCC) on each Unwired Server host.
    1. Confirm that SCC can connect to and manage all nodes in the Unwired Server cluster, from each Unwired Server node.
    2. If any Unwired Server node does not appear in the SCC resource list, you must register the node manually.
